What an honor to be asked to do three shoots marking the arrival of a precious new babe? Especially the birth– what an awesome experience to capture and be a part of! I would love to photograph more births in the future. So, so special!!!
As a boy mom, I really love getting to do girl newborn shoots =) It’s so fun to bust out the pink blankets and headbands. Little Miss Mollie was so great for her newborn session… she slept pretty much the entire time and even cracked a few smiles! Plus big sister Maya the golden retriever was a gorgeous subject too =)
This has got to be one of my favorite newborn sessions ever! What a sweet, precious little family. Baby Julian not only slept the entire session and let me pose him however I wanted, but his insanely cute big brother was a willing participant too! Here are some of my faves =)
I thought it would be fun to showcase a little collection of some of my favorite cake smash photos… so many cute babies! Now this preggo is hungry for cake… hehe. Enjoy!
Baby #3 has arrived for the Pearsons! And I have had the utmost privilege of photographing babies #1 & #2 as newborns, infants, and toddlers too. Not to mention Mom & Dad’s wedding in 2011! So to say the Pearsons are very special to me would be a huge understatement. How lucky I am to have been on this journey of memories with them for so many years!
All of these precious kiddos and families just mean the world to me! From the gorgeous Dallas scenery to the Hill Country bluebonnets, these mini session images get all the heart eyes in my book =)
Wow, I have had SO much fun discovering new places to shoot out here in San Antonio and the surrounding area. I am (and always have been) obsessed with Wimberley, so it is super exciting to be less than an hour away now. And I have had even more fun meeting new families around here and capturing their cuteness! Of course I got to photograph some of my good friends and their families too =)
And here we have the highlight reel of the Houston Mini Session day back in November! I got to see and photograph a couple of my very best friends and their families, some sweet high school friends, college friends, and some lovely new faces too. Such an awesome day. Thank goodness we had great weather (for the most part) and all the kiddos were happy campers! Looking forward to another round in the Spring =)
Now that the rush of the holidays is over, I finally have time to post a highlight reel of the Dallas mini sessions from September and October! It was SO wonderful to see all of these families again (and meet a couple of new ones), especially since we don’t live in Dallas anymore. I loved catching up with everyone and shooting at (most of) all my old favorite spots! I miss Dallas so very much and cannot wait to come back for Spring mini sessions in April!
My first shoot as an official San Antonio resident is in the books, and it was extra special because the (main) subject was our precious brand new nephew! He is so very loved by the whole family, especially his proud big sisters. I can’t wait to see what kind of shenanigans he and Logan get into here very soon!
